The Nekaf M38 is actually a Willy's M38 and was produced in the Netherlands under license.
The M38 is a military version of the CJ-3A.
The condition of this Nekaf is good, he has as few traces of wear here and there but it matches the condition of the military vehicle.
The engine of the Nekaf runs excellent and it drives very nice.
